Board of Directors, Advisors Board.

The Board of Directors governs and formulates policies in pursuant to the purpose and mission of the IDS. As the governing body of IDS, the Board of Directors, otherwise call the Board and the members call Directors, meets once a year. And the Management Advisory Board (MAB) shall provide counsel to the Boards of Directors and Officers of the Corporation especially in the areas of fund raising, performance management, research and feasible solutions. As the Board, MAB shall also assist in fund raising activities.
